Do I order at the bar?
No, we will be operating table service.
Can we stand up or is it seated only?
Inside is seated only. You may sit or stand outside whilst observing social distancing guidelines.
Do I have to reserve a table?
We do strongly encourage you to book a table to make sure you don’t miss out. You are welcome to come without booking, but if we don’t have a table available, you may need to book one and come back later...
Who can I visit the pub with?
We encourage people to continue to follow the governments guidelines. This means a household (including a person living alone that has “bubbled” with a household) can visit the pub together. Any other groups that want to visit together will need to continue to social distance.
Will it be card only?
No, we will accept cash, however we do encourage the use of card, and in particular contactless where possible.
Do I have to wear a mask?
No, although if you feel more comfortable doing so, we are happy for you to do so.
Will the toilets be open?
Yes, although there will be restrictions in place; 1 in, 1 out or 1 household in at a time. Staff will also be checking and cleaning them frequently.
Will staff be wearing PPE?
There will be occasions where our staff will need to wear PPE, however we aim to use distancing wherever possible as this has been shown to be most effective against the spread COVID-19.
Will you be doing your full menu?
To begin with we will be operating a reduced menu whilst retaining our most popular dishes. We will also ensure that there will also be children’s options available.
Will you still have high chairs?
Yes, we will make sure these are cleaned and sanitised before and after each use.
Have you got Perspex screens in place?
No, we instead prefer to use distancing measures and change some of the ways
Are children allowed in the pub?
Yes-but please ensure they remain seated at all times.
Will the car park be open?
No-we will be using it to increase our outdoor seating area. There is plenty of parking locally.
